Understanding Patterns, Creating Change.
We are all shaped by our relationships—and often supported through them. Therapy offers a chance to explore these connections and create new, more affirming ways of growing. My approach is strengths-based and values-driven, helping you align your thoughts, emotions, and beliefs while building on the resilience you already carry.
I work with adults, adolescents, and couples navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and self-esteem. In addition, I specialize in providing eating disorder treatment. In this work, I bring an evidence-based, non-judgmental approach to conversations about food and body image, helping clients build healthier, more supportive relationships with themselves and others.
Grounded in a systemic perspective, I consider the variety of influences that shape your experiences and relationships. In our work together, I strive to create a collaborative, supportive space where you feel safe to explore challenges and empowered to pursue meaningful goals.
With a focus in sport and performance psychology, I recognize that peak performance is built on more than physical training alone. As a former Division I track and cross country athlete, I experienced the challenge of balancing academics, intense competition, and overall well-being. Competing at that level gave me firsthand insight into the pressures athletes face, from the grind of daily training to the mental demands of racing and recovering from injury, insight I now bring directly into my work with clients.
Whether on the field, in the workplace, or in life transitions, my goal is to help you build resilience, manage performance anxiety, and develop sustainable practices that support both immediate goals and long-term success.
I hold a B.S. in Psychology, with minors in Public Health and Chemistry, from Santa Clara University, and an M.S. in Couples and Family Therapy from the University of Oregon.
