Sports & Performance

Peak performance goes beyond physical training. As a former Division I track and cross country athlete, I understand the pressures of balancing academics, competition, and well-being. My experience with training, racing, and injury recovery informs my work helping clients build resilience, manage anxiety, and create lasting strategies for success on the field, at work, and through life changes.
